Dual-slot belt drying ultrasonic cleaner

Double-tank ultrasonic cleaning machine with drying function. Composition: one double-tank cleaning machine (including cleaning tank and drying tank), two ultrasonic generators, one heating device, one built-in circulation filtration system, two cleaning baskets, and two bottom anti-collision racks. The ultrasonic generator converts power frequency electrical energy into a 25KHz high-frequency electrical signal, which is transmitted via high-frequency cable to the ultrasonic transducer. After the transducer is energized with high-frequency voltage, it produces strong ultrasonic vibrations that rapidly propagate through the liquid medium in the ultrasonic cleaning tank, generating 25,000 vibrations per second. This causes the dirt attached to the workpiece to shake off, achieving the cleaning purpose. After cleaning, place the workpiece into the drying tank for hot air circulation drying.

Operation Guide

1. Add tap water to the ultrasonic cleaning machine's tank, ensuring the cleaning solution does not overflow when the workpiece is placed inside. Add an appropriate amount of cleaning solution to the tank.

2. Set all switches on the control panel to the "Off" position, then plug the power into a 380V socket.

3. Turn on the heating button, typically set to 60 degrees. Allow the water temperature to gradually rise. Preheating is recommended in winter. Note: Do not activate the heating function if the liquid level is below the heating tube.

4. Place the workpiece into the cleaning basket, then put it into one cleaning tank. Handle gently to avoid damaging the equipment due to impact.

5. Turn on the power switch to start the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The cleaning time depends on the actual level of dirtiness. The ultrasonic generator has power adjustment settings; adjust the power as needed.

6. After cleaning, remove the cleaning basket and place it into the second tank for hot air drying. Close the outer lid and turn on the hot air drying switch (located at the lower left front of the second tank) until dry. Drying time may be lengthy.

7. If the cleaning solution in the first tank becomes turbid, turn on the filtration switch on the panel. The built-in filtration pump will start working, and the cleaning solution will be circulated and filtered for reuse.

8. If the liquid is too turbid and the filtration pump operates slowly, replace the filter cartridge promptly. (In principle, based on the filter pressure gauge reading, >0.2Mpa)

9. In case of abnormal operation, press the emergency stop button on the cleaning machine tank panel.
