These valves meet the assembly requirements for both NAMUR plate-mounted and pipe-mounted configurations while incorporating the functions of both 5/2-way and 3/2-way operation. Without the need for any adapter plates, they can directly control single-acting and double-acting pneumatic actuators. Additionally, they are equipped with a safe and reliable manual override on the pilot, making them truly multifunctional solenoid valves. Due to their unique air circuit structure, all breathing holes on the LSW solenoid valve body are connected to the exhaust port, with no surface breathing holes exposed to the atmosphere. This effectively prevents external liquids, dust, and impurities from entering the valve body, making them particularly suitable for outdoor or heavily dust-polluted working environments. The operating air pressure ranges from 1 to 8 bar, and the power supply voltage is 12–48 VDC and 110–240 VAC. In practical applications, double solenoid-controlled valves have a long service life for the coils and are less prone to damage. Choosing double solenoid-controlled valves is more reasonable for prolonged power-on conditions.
