The integrated program-controlled high-temperature furnace, also known as the integrated program-controlled box-type electric furnace or integrated program-controlled muffle furnace, features a ceramic fiber inner chamber and high-temperature heating elements for energy efficiency and high performance, consuming only one-third the energy of conventional high-temperature furnaces with fast heating rates. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, compact in design, and weighs only one-fifth of traditional high-temperature furnaces.
The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates. The PID + SSR system ensures synchronized and coordinated control, enabling consistency and reproducibility for any test or experiment. It includes automatic constant temperature and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation. The control instrument is located below the chamber, integrated into the unit, with all electrical connections between the furnace and temperature controller completed before shipment.
