The integrated programmable high-temperature furnace SXC-4.5-13C, also known as the integrated programmable box furnace or integrated programmed muffle furnace, features a ceramic fiber inner chamber and high-temperature heating elements for energy efficiency and high performance. Its energy consumption is only one-third that of conventional high-temperature furnaces, with rapid heating capability. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, offering a lightweight design and weighing only one-fifth of traditional high-temperature furnaces.
The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates. The PID+SSR system ensures synchronized and coordinated control, enabling consistent and reproducible experimental results. It includes automatic temperature holding and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation. The control unit is located below the main chamber and is integrated into the system. Electrical connections between the furnace body and temperature controller are pre-configured before shipment, allowing for immediate use upon power connection. It is an ideal high-temperature furnace for universities, research institutions, industrial enterprises, and laboratories.
