The integrated program-controlled high-temperature furnace, also known as the integrated program-controlled box furnace or integrated program-controlled muffle furnace, features a ceramic fiber inner chamber and high-temperature heating elements for energy efficiency and high performance, consuming only one-third the energy of conventional high-temperature furnaces with fast heating rates. The exterior is made of cold-rolled steel with spray coating, offering a lightweight design and weighing only one-fifth of traditional high-temperature furnaces. The control system utilizes a fully automatic multi-band LTDE programmable instrument with adjustable heating rates, synchronized with PID+SSR control to ensure consistent and reproducible test results. It includes automatic temperature holding and time control functions, along with secondary over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation. The control unit is integrated at the bottom of the furnace, with all electrical connections completed before shipment, allowing for immediate use upon power connection. It is an ideal high-temperature furnace for universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and laboratories.
