       Our company has evolved over more than 20 years from a single filter press production workshop into a professional filtration and separation machinery enterprise with comprehensive equipment, advanced technology, robust capabilities, thorough testing methods, and high-quality products.        We produce a wide variety of chamber and plate-and-frame filter presses with complete specifications, rational design, aesthetic appearance, strong versatility, premium materials, and durability. These include automatic, hydraulic, and manual series, available in integrated mechanical-electrical-hydraulic systems, separated systems, belt types, and rubber diaphragm types. To meet market demands, we have developed and manufactured filter presses with plate sizes ranging from 315mm to 2000mm, filtration areas from 0.6㎡ to 1190㎡, working pressures of 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa, 2.0MPa, 2.5MPa, 4MPa, and more, capable of operating at temperatures from -40°C to 120°C. The reinforced polypropylene filter plates for chamber and plate-and-frame filter presses feature a dotted conical boss design and are molded for fast filtration, significantly enhancing efficiency and economic benefits. We also design custom filter presses with special features according to user requirements and provide corrosion-resistant polypropylene trays and chutes.

       Our filter presses are equipped with reinforced polypropylene filter plates, which offer stable chemical properties, strong corrosion resistance, resistance to acids, alkalis, and salts, are non-toxic, odorless, lightweight, high-strength, and easy to operate. Metal filter plates are precision-cast to withstand high temperatures and pressures, ensuring long-term durability.
