The frame is entirely made of high-strength welded steel components to support the weight of the filter plates and the strong pressure generated during filtration;

A hydraulic device is used as the power mechanism for tightening and releasing the filter plates, with a maximum tightening pressure of 25MPa, achieved using an electrical contact pressure gauge.
