Continuous Greenhouse Shading System

In modern agricultural greenhouses, the external and internal shading net systems complement each other, working together to create an ideal environment for crop growth. These two systems have clear divisions of labor yet cooperate seamlessly, serving as critical facilities for enhancing agricultural production efficiency.

The external shading net system is installed on the outer top of the greenhouse, acting like a robust "sunlight barrier." It primarily consists of high-strength, UV-resistant shading nets, combined with motor-driven curtain mechanisms and an intelligent control system, enabling free opening and closing for smart control. During scorching summer days, the external shading net reflects a significant amount of solar radiation, directly reducing heat transfer into the greenhouse and lowering the internal temperature by 5-8°C. This effectively prevents crops from being scorched by high temperatures and intense light, making it particularly suitable for growing vegetables and flowers sensitive to light and temperature. Additionally, its adjustable shading rate (typically ranging from 30% to 90%) allows farmers to precisely control light intensity based on the needs of different crops.

The internal shading net system, installed inside the greenhouse, focuses on regulating the micro-environment within. The material of the internal shading net emphasizes thermal insulation and diffuse reflection effects. During the day when sunlight is too strong, it converts direct light into diffused light, ensuring more uniform illumination inside the greenhouse and promoting comprehensive photosynthesis in crops. At night, closing the internal shading net forms an insulating layer, reducing heat loss from the greenhouse to the roof and increasing nighttime temperatures by 2-3°C, creating a warm growing space for crops. Furthermore, the internal shading net helps lower air humidity inside the greenhouse, reducing diseases such as gray mold and downy mildew caused by high humidity and decreasing the need for pesticides.

The coordinated operation of the external and internal shading net systems significantly enhances the environmental control capabilities of greenhouses. Through intelligent control, the systems can flexibly switch between single or dual net operation modes based on seasons, weather conditions, and crop growth stages. This not only achieves precise energy savings but also ensures stable year-round crop growth, contributing to improved quality and efficiency in agricultural production and promoting the green and sustainable development of modern agriculture.
