The PCL series top-side injection air foam generator is a firefighting device horizontally fixed on the top wall of an oil tank, capable of generating and discharging air foam, primarily used for floating roof tanks. When the foam mixture supplied by a foam fire truck or fixed fire pump flows through the delivery pipeline and passes through the foam generator, it forms air foam to extinguish oil fires. The air foam generator mainly consists of three parts: the foam generator body, the foam discharge pipe assembly, and the guide plate assembly. When the foam mixture passes through the generator nozzle, it forms a diffused atomized jet, creating negative pressure around it, which draws in a large amount of air to form foam. The air foam is then discharged through the opening of the foam discharge pipe into the tank for fire suppression.
