High-Quality Double Iron Foot Marine Zinc Block | Anti-Corrosion Zinc Block ZH-8
Supply marine zinc alloy sacrificial anodes in accordance with the standard: GB/T4950-2002, also known as zinc alloy anodes or zinc alloy sacrificial anodes. Main applications: Zinc sacrificial anodes are suitable for the cathodic protection of metals against corrosion in ships, mechanical equipment, offshore engineering, and port facilities in seawater and brackish water environments, as well as for pipelines, cables, and other facilities in low-resistivity soil. Implementation standards: Zinc anode specifications are categorized by use: 1. Welded sacrificial anodes for ship hulls (single iron foot) 2. Welded sacrificial anodes for ship hulls (double iron foot) 3. Bolted sacrificial anodes for ship hulls 4. Common sacrificial anodes for ballast water tanks 5. Sacrificial anodes for port and offshore engineering facilities 6. Long strip sacrificial anodes for seawater cooling systems 7. Disc-shaped sacrificial anodes for seawater cooling systems 8. Sacrificial anodes for buried pipelines r139391915

Introduction
Zinc sacrificial anodes are commonly used in soil environments with resistivity less than 20 ohm·meters or in seawater environments. The electrode potential is -1.10V CSE, with a driving voltage of 0.25V. When the temperature exceeds 49°C, intergranular corrosion occurs. Above 54°C, the electrode potential of zinc anodes becomes positive, reversing polarity with steel: the zinc becomes the cathode and is protected, while the steel becomes the anode and corrodes. Therefore, zinc anodes are generally used in environments below 49°C. Zinc anodes must be used with backfill material.
A zinc grounding battery consists of two or four 1.5m long zinc rods, separated by insulating spacers and bound together with tape, all embedded in conductive backfill material. During application, the cable leads connected to the steel core are attached to both sides of the insulated component to provide a low-voltage bypass circuit. Typically, its resistance in water-saturated conditions is 0.2-0.6 ohms. If the resistance of the two-rod type does not meet requirements, a four-rod type battery can be used.
The materials for zinc grounding batteries are the same as the composition of zinc anodes. The backfill material formula is: 75% gypsum powder, 20% bentonite, and 5% sodium sulfate. The connecting wire cross-section is copper-core cable, with VV-1KV/1*16mm² copper-core cable commonly used domestically.
