Product Overview
As part of the 2600B Series SourceMeter® SMU family, the 2602B SourceMeter® SMU [1] is a newly enhanced dual-channel SMU featuring a tightly integrated 4-quadrant design that synchronously sources and measures voltage/current to enhance productivity in applications ranging from R&D to automated production testing. In addition to retaining all the features of the 2602A, the 2602B offers 6.5-digit resolution, USB 2.0 connectivity, and 2400 Series SourceMeter® SMU software command emulation for easy migration of legacy test code. The 2602B is equipped with Keithley's high-speed TSP® technology (200% faster than traditional PC-to-instrument communication), which significantly increases system-level speed and reduces testing costs. The TSP-Link® interface enables multi-channel parallel testing and expands the test system without host overhead. The wide range of 3A DC, 10A pulse, and 40V output is suitable for testing a broad range of high-current devices, materials, components, and assemblies.
