Epoxy resin composite cable tray

Epoxy resin composite cable tray is a type of cable tray that combines a steel skeleton (lined with steel plate) in the middle with composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion layers on both sides. Its structural layers are: steel plate layer - soft bonding layer - anti-corrosion layer of composite epoxy resin and fiberglass cloth - anti-ultraviolet gel coat layer.

Epoxy resin composite cable tray, referred to as composite tray. According to the structural style, it is divided into: composite ladder-type tray, composite trough-type tray and composite tray-type tray.

Composite ladder-type tray: It is composed of ladder sides and cross bars. The ladder sides and cross bars are first welded together to form the basic shape of a sturdy ladder-type tray, and then the outer layer is coated with the anti-corrosion layer combining epoxy resin and fiberglass cloth and the anti-ultraviolet gel coat layer. It is formed by one-time pressing using hydraulic forming equipment.

Composite trough-type tray: A bottom plate is laid on the basis of the composite ladder-type tray to form a trough shape. This way, it has both the strength of the ladder-type structure and the sealing performance of the trough-type tray. The bottom plate is usually made of pultruded fiberglass steel plate without steel lining, which is intended to reduce its own weight and achieve a sealing effect.

Composite tray-type tray: Drainage holes are regularly drilled on the bottom plate of the composite trough-type tray.
