MBT

       Methylene dithiocyanate (MBT) is a highly effective chemical agent for algae and bacteria eradication. MBT demonstrates high efficacy against major bacteria, fungi, and algae (various types of fungi) present in circulating water, with prolonged effectiveness and a broad range of suitable pH and temperature conditions. Its original solution is stable, and during application, it rapidly degrades/decomposes without causing secondary pollution to the environment. It features high efficiency and low residue, is harmless to humans/livestock, and ensures safe discharge. It is currently the *best broad-spectrum algae/bacteria eradication agent.
　　In oil fields, MBT can reduce reservoir pollution, prevent clay swelling, provide bactericidal and anti-scaling effects, and increase production. It can also be used in the treatment of circulating cooling water; prevention and removal of marine organisms on the hull surfaces of ocean-going vessels; and offers excellent anti-corrosion, bactericidal, and algae eradication effects in electrical materials, bamboo and wood products, coatings, rubber, leather, canvas, paste, ink, and other areas.
　　MTB can also be formulated into a 1% methylene dithiocyanate emulsifiable concentrate.
　　MBT can be developed into non-hazardous, pollution-free fish medication, suitable for water disinfection and sterilization in various aquaculture industries.
