Corundum self-leveling material

Corundum self-flowing castable is a type of castable refractory that can flow and deaerate without vibration. Its characteristic is that with appropriate water addition, it can be cast into various shapes without vibration, without reducing or significantly reducing the performance of the castable. Self-flowing castables are particularly suitable for thin-walled or complex-shaped parts that cannot be formed by vibration.
Self-flowing castables were developed based on low-cement and ultra-low-cement castables. They consist of refractory aggregates with specific particle size distributions, powders, and efficient dispersants. The key lies in the rational use of ultrafine powder particle size, quantity, and efficient dispersants, enabling the castable to achieve self-flowing and self-leveling effects.

They can be used for linings of continuous casting tundishes, the triangular area of electric furnace tops, tap holes, ladles, heating furnaces, blast furnace troughs, CAS-OB furnaces, cast iron induction furnaces, boiler protection tubes, and more.
