Wear-resistant refractory castable is industrially produced from high-strength cement, mineral admixtures, high-strength aggregates, crack-resistant and wear-resistant agents, powder materials, and efficient composite additives. The high-strength refractory aggregates are designed with an optimized formulation, featuring excellent wear resistance, high strength, strong integrity, simple construction, and good performance.
Wear-resistant refractory castable can be used on-site by mixing with water, making construction convenient. It is manually applied to the surface of bins or ore chutes to form a wear-resistant layer of a certain thickness. After normal curing, it meets the technical requirements of high strength and wear resistance. It features high wear resistance, strong bonding strength with base concrete (steel silos), high impact resistance, high compressive strength, good durability, and long service life. Wear-resistant refractory castable is specifically used for the wear-resistant lining of slag flushing trenches, ore chutes, coal unloading chutes, feed hoppers, and silos in industries such as metallurgy, coal, thermal power, chemical, and cement. It is also used for the wear-resistant layers of floodgates and discharge hoppers in projects like water conservancy, hydropower, and ports, serving to protect the base concrete (or steel silos).
Scope of Application:
1. Coal unloading trenches, coal hoppers, coal storage silos, dry coal grids, wagon tipplers, slag extractors, water treatment systems, etc., in the power generation industry.
2. Corrosion-resistant floors, pump foundations, etc., in the chemical industry.
3. Wear-resistant linings for coal gangue silos, medium tanks, scraper conveyors, bucket elevators, chutes, screen under-hoppers, etc., in the coal industry.
4. Blast furnace mixing silos, sintering silos, feeders, pelletizers, etc., in the steel industry.
