Product Overview XP478 Grinding Fluid Settling Agent is a water-soluble polyquaternium compound. It is a versatile, fully synthetic metalworking fluid additive with flocculation and settling properties, resistance to tramp oil and demulsification capabilities, as well as functioning as a broad-spectrum microbial biocide. It is suitable for a wide pH range, completely soluble in water, easy to use, low-foaming, safe, and environmentally friendly.

Applications

Biocide, Algaecide, and Preservative: This product is a water-soluble polyquaternium compound with broad-spectrum biocidal properties, effective in inhibiting and killing a wide range of microorganisms across a broad pH range;

Settling: It significantly settles iron chips and glass powder, ensuring clean flow of the cutting fluid, improving recycling efficiency, and extending service life;

Demulsification: Its chemical structure and cationic properties effectively disrupt the interface of suspended particles and oil droplets, ensuring cleaner and more uniform flow of the cutting fluid.

Dosage: 0.2-0.8% (relative to the concentrate), with slight variations depending on the formulation.
