XP750 Ether Carboxylic Acid Emulsifier/Hard Water Resistance Agent


Product Overview XP750 is an alcohol ether carboxylic acid with excellent hard water resistance and also serves as an anionic emulsifier with good emulsifying properties. XP750 is soluble in water and can also be dispersed in oil.

Applications
Used as a multifunctional emulsifier in water-based metalworking fluids;
When the working fluid is diluted with hard water, it disperses calcium/magnesium and other metal and non-metal soaps in the system, thereby improving lubricity and extending the life of the working fluid;
In metalworking fluid formulations, it exhibits low foaming performance over a wide range of water hardness;
Used in magnesium alloy cutting fluid formulations, it has outstanding effects in enhancing hard water resistance.

Recommended dosage: 1-5%
