Product Overview XP710 Tetrapolymer Ricinoleate is processed primarily from castor oil. It serves as an excellent oil-soluble lubricant, with good solubility in paraffinic and naphthenic base oils, vegetable oils, and synthetic oils. When neutralized with alkali, it exhibits good water solubility and emulsifiability, providing excellent lubrication performance to formulations while also aiding in the emulsion stability of the formulation.


Application Features Can be widely used in emulsified, micro-emulsified, and fully synthetic metalworking fluids,
offers good lubrication and emulsification properties,
self-emulsifies with the addition of a small amount of alkali, reducing the amount of emulsifier needed in the formulation,
does not cause corrosion to aluminum, making it particularly suitable for aluminum processing,
recommended dosage: 5-15%
