XP1810 Light-colored Sulfurized Lard Oil                                          

Product Overview  XP1810 is a light-colored, low-odor inactive sulfurized extreme pressure anti-wear agent. It features high viscosity, excellent adhesion, thick oil film, and superior anti-wear properties. It is suitable for use as a main agent in metal plastic deformation processes to formulate high-end stamping oils and drawing oils; in industrial oils, it is suitable for blending way oils.

Application: Widely used in the formulation of various industrial oils and metalworking oils;

Recommended dosage: Industrial oils, 0.5%–3%; metalworking fluids, 3%–20%.

Performance Characteristics  

Low active sulfur content and low copper corrosion grade, suitable for non-ferrous metal processing;

Suitable for blending oils for low-speed medium-load and heavy-load applications. When used in combination with sulfurized fatty acid esters, it performs even better under high-speed and severe conditions;

Thick oil film, excellent adhesion, and outstanding extreme pressure anti-wear properties, making it ideal for heavy-duty stamping processes.
