XP612H Water-based Polyether Ester Extreme Pressure Lubricant                                     

Product Overview XP612H is a polyoxyethylene ester of organic acids, offering excellent lubricity, low foaming, and compatibility. It is primarily used in formulating fully synthetic cutting fluids. This product is acidic and should be neutralized to a neutral pH before use. It provides excellent pH stability in cutting fluids and can chelate metal ions in the fluid, enhancing the surface finish of machined parts. It also exhibits outstanding resistance to hard water and tramp oil.

Application   Used in fully synthetic and semi-synthetic cutting fluids

Dosage: 5% to 20%

The specific ratio depends on the customer's formulation requirements.
