Glass plate level gauge

The glass plate level gauge is a direct-reading instrument designed, produced, and manufactured by our company in accordance with the standards of the First Ministry of Machine Building (JB) and the Ministry of Chemical Industry (HG) in China. This product series features advanced production processes, comprehensive testing equipment, a simple product structure, easy installation and maintenance, no clogging or leakage, and excellent drainage performance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and other industries to directly observe the liquid level in various medium and low-pressure sealed containers or open storage tanks.

II. Working Principle

The product mainly consists of an upper valve, lower valve, meter body, glass plate, cover plate, drain valve, and other major components. The flange or thread on the level gauge connects with the corresponding flange or thread on the container to form a communicating vessel. Based on the principle of communicating vessels and the transmission and reflection of light, the liquid level in the container can be directly observed.

2. Adjustable viewing direction within a 360° range (for medium and low-pressure types);

Multiple product types available, including transmission type, reflection type, heat-traced type, frost-proof type, no-blind-zone type, two-color type, UV-resistant type, wide-liquid-chamber type, illuminated type, high-temperature type, high-pressure type, and high-temperature high-pressure type;

4. Reasonable sealing structure with no leakage;

5. Upper and lower valves equipped with quick shut-off protection devices, ensuring safety and reliability;

6. Equipped with vent plugs and drain valves.
