Neutral Rust Remover

1. Product Application:

This product is suitable for rust removal, decontamination, and oxidation treatment of various types of steel, carbon steel, cold-rolled sheets, galvanized steel, etc. It is an efficient solution for removing rust and contaminants from steel components. It offers fast rust removal, environmental friendliness, high efficiency, ease of operation, and pollution-free performance. Compared to traditional acid-based products, it boasts advantages such as a long service life, no acid mist, and minimal corrosion. It is a new type of environmentally friendly rust remover. Once the working solution is properly maintained, there is no need for the cumbersome operations associated with frequent replacements or the environmental pollution caused by disposal, as is the case with acid-based products. It can also be used in combination with other degreasing products from our company to achieve the dual purpose of degreasing and rust removal.

2. Product Features:

⑴ This product is a neutral, environmentally friendly solution with a pH value of 6.5-7. It is smokeless, odorless, non-flammable, non-explosive, and highly safe.

⑵ It replaces hydrochloric acid for rust removal, offering fast and efficient performance without heavy metal ions. It has passed relevant environmental certifications.

3. Usage Instructions:

⑴ When preparing the tank solution, mix the working liquid according to the severity of rust on the workpiece surface. Stir evenly and heat to the required temperature before use. This product can be used at room temperature, but heating enhances its effectiveness. For oily workpieces, add our company's degreasing product in the specified ratio to achieve the dual purpose of degreasing and rust removal.

⑵ If the workpiece surface is severely rusted, first remove the heavily rusted parts by grinding, then treat with this product to improve cleaning quality and ensure effective cleaning.

⑶ When cleaning performance declines, add this product as needed. For maintenance, replenish at 3-5% of the total tank volume. Repeat this process as necessary. After prolonged use, if there is crystalline sediment at the bottom of the tank, remove it promptly. (The specific removal method is to let it settle overnight, then extract the clear liquid from the top and filter out the sediment at the bottom.) After removal, the solution can continue to be used. If adding new product does not improve performance, it is recommended to replace the entire solution.

⑷ This product has a neutral pH and can be recycled. Generally, no disposal is required. If disposal is necessary, precipitate iron ions before direct discharge, but ensure compliance with local environmental regulations for wastewater treatment.

⑸ This product is a chemical solution. Wear rubber gloves during prolonged contact. If skin contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with tap water.
