Stainless Steel Weld Stain Cleaner

Product Features:

    Pale yellow to dark yellow transparent liquid, non-irritating odor, strong permeability, fast dissolution and stripping of solder spots and oil stains, especially suitable for cleaning large batches of workpieces.

    Wide applicability to workpiece materials, completely biodegradable and safe, simple operation and low cost.

Recommended Process: 

    1. Use ultrasonic cleaning. At a temperature of 45–55°C, with a solution concentration of 10%, ultrasonically clean for 3–5 minutes.

Combine ultrasonic rough cleaning (time: 4 minutes, concentration 6–10%) -- tap water rinsing -- ultrasonic fine cleaning (time: 4 minutes, concentration 6–10%) -- rinsing -- water removal and drying.

    2. Mix cleaning agent and water in a 1:10 ratio for immersion cleaning at room temperature or with heating. If dirt is minimal or product requirements are not too high, room temperature cleaning can be used directly. If necessary, combine various cleaning methods such as ultrasonic cleaning, brushing, immersion, wiping, and spray cleaning.
