Usage: This product is a reactive phosphorus-based intumescent flame retardant. PEPA has a hydroxyl group at the end, making it an intermediate for the production of a series of halogen-free phosphorus-containing flame retardants. It can be directly applied to flame retard plastics such as polypropylene and PBT. The advantage of the terminal hydroxyl group also makes it suitable for flame retardant plastic adhesives and coatings. PEPA has excellent flame retardant effects, is non-toxic, and is suitable for industries such as electronics and electrical appliances. It can also be used as a component in mixed intumescent flame retardants.
