I. Durable and Reliable Material

1. High-strength galvanized steel wire: Made from high-strength low-carbon steel wire, hot-dip galvanized with a zinc coating thickness ≥80μm. Effectively resists rain erosion and weathering, maintaining excellent corrosion resistance even in harsh environments such as humidity and acid rain, with a service life of 10-15 years.

1. Alloy steel wire: Some high-end products use zinc-aluminum alloy steel wire, which offers 3-5 times better corrosion resistance compared to ordinary galvanized steel wire, along with higher tensile strength. Suitable for steep slopes and areas prone to geological hazards.

II. Precise and Compatible Specifications

1. Mesh size: Common specifications include 300mm×300mm and 400mm×400mm. The large mesh design reduces overall weight while effectively blocking falling rocks. For special working conditions, smaller meshes can be customized to prevent small碎石坠落 (rockfall).

1. Wire diameter: Ranges from 4.0mm to 8.0mm, selected based on slope gradient and rock type. Steep slopes and areas with fragmented rocks require thicker wire diameters to ensure strong blocking capability.

III. Scientific and Reasonable Structure

Utilizes a double-twist hexagonal weaving process to form a stable mesh structure. Upon impact, the mesh evenly disperses force, preventing localized damage from spreading. Combined with components such as anchor rods and support ropes, the mesh is fixed to stable rock and soil layers via anchor rods, while support ropes tighten the mesh to ensure close contact with the slope, enhancing overall protection effectiveness.

IV. Convenient and Efficient Installation

On-site assembly uses buckles and缝合 ropes to connect and secure mesh panels with support ropes and anchor rods. No large equipment is required, and construction difficulty is low. For complex terrains, installation plans can be adjusted according to local conditions, allowing for quick completion of protection projects.
