The function of the tooling is to make the travel wheel do uniform axial rotation, and the rotation can be steplessly adjusted according to the size and requirements of the travel wheel.

The quenching process is that the quenching equipment cooperates with the tooling to scan and heat the surface of the workpiece to be quenched while the workpiece is rotating. The rear part of the inductor is equipped with a water spray device. The rotation, heating and water spraying process of the travel wheel are all controlled by the CNC system according to the process requirements.
