I. Issues to Consider in Steam Turbine Noise Control

1. Sound Insulation: Select appropriate soundproof panels, soundproof doors, and accessories to ensure the steam turbine soundproof enclosure meets noise control requirements.

2. Ventilation: Gas turbines are massive heat sources. Adding a soundproof enclosure requires installing a ventilation system to expel heat outdoors. The ventilation system must include electrical control equipment to monitor operational status.

3. Ventilation Noise: After installing the ventilation system, consider the impact of fan noise on the environment.

4. Lighting: To facilitate maintenance personnel in performing routine inspections inside the enclosure, lighting and emergency lighting systems must be installed.

II. Overall Quality Requirements for Steam Turbine Enclosure Projects

1. Upon project completion, the overall quality of the steam turbine enclosure, soundproof (acoustic) enclosure, insulated enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must comply with relevant national, industry, or enterprise standards and meet the requirements specified in this agreement.

2. When the ambient temperature does not exceed 25°C, the enclosure surface temperature should not exceed 50°C. When the ambient temperature exceeds 25°C, the temperature difference between the outer surface and the ambient temperature should not exceed 25°C.

3. Corrosion resistance must meet the GB2086-2006 standard, ensuring no discoloration or deformation.

4. The steam turbine enclosure, soundproof (acoustic) enclosure, insulated enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be securely and reliably installed.

5. Layout should be reasonable, tight, neat, and aesthetically pleasing.

6. Noise must be significantly reduced, with at least a 6 dB reduction after installation compared to before.

7. Made from cold-rolled steel plates: The enclosure dimensions are 12000mm × 9000mm × 3000mm (customizable). The main columns and beam framework are constructed from rectangular section steel, connected with high-strength bolts in an assembly structure. The design of the columns and beams must avoid the bearing seats of the steam turbine generator set to prevent interference with maintenance operations. The four walls are assembled from steel-structured soundproof and acoustic panels, with the outer layer made of cold-rolled steel plates no less than 1.5mm thick and the inner layer made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plates.

8. The steam turbine enclosure, soundproof (acoustic) enclosure, insulated enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel include 4 soundproof doors with observation windows. Doors must open smoothly and close tightly.

9. The lower part of the enclosure walls must have an appropriate number of air inlets (soundproof vents, with area determined by the bidder).

10. The top of the steam turbine enclosure is made from perforated plates and includes lifting rings for hoisting. Six low-noise fans are installed for forced ventilation and heat dissipation. The interior is equipped with a full set of LED lighting facilities to facilitate inspections by maintenance personnel inside the cosmetic panel enclosure.

12. The enclosure must allow for easy disassembly and include appropriately placed lifting rings and holes. The structural strength of individual cosmetic panels must withstand hoisting and stacking without deformation. Consider the needs of major and minor maintenance to minimize disassembly work during overhauls.

13. The enclosure surface paint color is uniform light gray. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying and high-temperature curing.

14. Vibration damping measures must be implemented where the steam turbine enclosure, soundproof (acoustic) enclosure, insulated enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel contact the ground to reduce vibration transmission from the foundation.

15. The steam turbine enclosure, soundproof (acoustic) enclosure, insulated enclosure cover, and steam turbine cosmetic panel must be factory-processed for direct on-site installation. On-site fabrication is not permitted, and hot work is prohibited on site.
