I. Application Areas of Steam Turbine Covers, Cosmetic Plates, and Protective Covers:

Jiangsu Power Plants, Power Generation Units Manufacturers of Generator Steam Turbine Covers, Soundproof and Noise-Reducing Covers, Insulation Covers, Protective Covers, and Steam Turbine Cosmetic Plates. The invention belongs to the field of mechanical technology, specifically relating to an assembled steam turbine cover. It addresses issues such as inconvenient disassembly and assembly of existing steam turbine covers and low structural integrity. This cover includes a frame assembled from detachable frame profiles, with an opening at the top for steam turbine access. A detachable top frame, assembled from top frame profiles, is connected at the opening. Several side panels are detachably assembled around the frame to enclose its perimeter, and several perforated cover plates are detachably assembled on the top frame to cover the opening. One end of the frame features a power output port for the steam turbine. Compared to existing technology, the advantages of this assembled steam turbine cover include: rational design, compact structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, ease of maintenance for the steam turbine, excellent heat dissipation, high overall structural integrity, good flatness of the cover top, stability, and high torsional and bending resistance.

II. Functions of Steam Turbine Covers, Cosmetic Plates, Soundproof Covers, and Protective Covers in Power Plants:

In regions such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangxi, and Guangdong, steam turbine generators produce noise levels as high as 110dB–120dB(A) during operation. To reduce the impact of this noise on operators and the surrounding environment, steam turbine covers, soundproof (noise-reducing) covers, insulation covers, and protective covers with cosmetic plate structures are installed externally on the turbine units. The noise reduction effect of the cosmetic plates can achieve levels below 85dB(A) (provided that other background noise does not exceed 85dB(A)). The cover uses a steel frame skeleton, with an outer surface of steel plate and an inner surface of perforated plate, filled with sound-absorbing structures and materials between the plates. Lighting fixtures are installed inside the cover, allowing maintenance personnel to operate within the soundproof enclosure. The top cover uses grid plates to facilitate air convection inside the cover, effectively addressing the unit's heat dissipation. Designed and manufactured by Zhenjiang Yufeng Equipment Co., Products are sold to multiple power plants and thermal power plants in Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, and Anhui.

III. Construction Scope of [Steam Turbine Covers, Cosmetic Plates, Soundproof Covers]:

1. Processing, manufacturing, and installation of steam turbine covers;

2. Producing equipment numbers and unit introduction plates according to Party A's requirements;

3. Spraying the company logo and corresponding letters on the exterior as per Party A's requirements;

IV. Material Requirements for [Steam Turbine Covers, Protective Covers, Cosmetic Plates]:

1. All materials for steam turbine covers, steam turbine soundproof (noise-reducing) covers, insulation protective covers, and steam turbine cosmetic plates must be new, with quality complying with industry or enterprise standards and meeting the requirements of this agreement;

2. Materials include new cold-rolled steel plates, frames made of new channel steel, and soundproof and thermal insulation materials of 10cm thick glass wool. For all other materials used in this project not explicitly specified in this agreement, their performance and configuration must not be lower than industry standards;

3. If the materials used during construction do not match the provided samples, and Party B's explanation or proof fails to convince Party A, Party A has the right to consider it a breach of contract;

4. Costs incurred for material appraisal shall be shared equally if the materials fully meet the agreement requirements; otherwise, Party B shall bear the costs. Party B must notify Party A in advance before processing, allowing Party A personnel to supervise on-site.

5. Welding rods or wires should be suitable for the materials being welded. Welds should be smooth without obvious defects, and welding must be firm and aesthetically pleasing;

6. Soundproof and thermal insulation materials used in steam turbine covers, steam turbine soundproof (noise-reducing) covers, insulation protective covers, and steam turbine cosmetic plates must be fire-resistant and comply with standard GB/T-23294-2009;

7. No rusting should occur during the warranty period, and the paint thickness on the outer plate must comply with JB/T429 regulations;

V. Work Requirements for [Steam Turbine Soundproof Covers]:

1. The construction process for steam turbine covers, steam turbine soundproof (noise-reducing) covers, insulation protective covers, and steam turbine cosmetic plates must comply with national and industry standards and meet the requirements of this agreement;

2. As the steam turbine remains operational, on-site supervision by operational personnel is required during construction;

3. Party B must provide a detailed construction plan to Party A for review before signing this agreement;

4. Detailed measures must be developed before construction to prevent personnel and material falls and ensure construction safety. Construction can only proceed after Party A reviews and approves these measures;

5. During construction, Party B must not affect the normal operation of Party A's equipment or normal load carrying. If any impact occurs, Party B shall be responsible for the resulting economic losses.
