Cyclic Airflow Pulverizer

Cyclic Airflow Crusher internal recycle micronizer is a type of airflow crusher. After the material is crushed in the crushing chamber, it enters the classification chamber through the annular channel. The coarse particles separated by classification are sent to the crushing nozzle via the return pipe and then re-enter the crushing chamber for multiple cycles of crushing. This machine not only performs crushing in the crushing chamber but also exerts strong impact and friction on the material within the crushing nozzle. It is capable of crushing low-melting-point and highly viscous materials, such as synthetic resins like epoxy resin and polytetrafluoroethylene. It can also crush other materials. For cohesive powders, the return pipe is prone to clogging; for high-hardness materials, the crushing nozzle and crushing chamber require hardened lining treatment.
