Impact Airflow Mill

When compressed gas enters the crushing chamber, there are four crushing nozzles around the chamber that inject airflow, causing the material to be impacted at high speed and crushed through mutual collisions. The classification wheel separates fine particles, while coarse particles are cycled back into the crushing chamber for further grinding. The uniformly distributed ultrafine powder is collected from the classification wheel outlet.

1. Suitable for dry ultrafine processing. The airflow impact speed can reach over 2.5 Mach. Under normal conditions, it is easy to obtain particles ranging from 1 to 10 micrometers (μm). Depending on the material properties, particles smaller than 1 micrometer (μm) can also be achieved.

2. Due to the classification wheel mechanism inside the crusher, coarse particles are continuously cycled and crushed, resulting in products with uniform particle size and a narrow distribution range.

3. This equipment offers advantages such as short crushing time, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, small footprint, low noise (72 decibels), and vibration-free operation.
