All-Ceramic Classification Wheel: The present invention discloses an integrated silicon nitride all-ceramic high-precision classification wheel. The classification wheel features an integrated fully enclosed cylindrical tubular structure, manufactured from silicon nitride ceramic material. On one end face of the classification wheel, a motor spindle hole is machined, with a spindle fixation groove processed on the motor spindle hole. Several dynamic balance holes are uniformly distributed in a ring around the motor spindle hole on the end face of the classification wheel. A feed inlet is provided on the other end face of the classification wheel. On the outer surface of the classification wheel, 50 classification discharge outlets are uniformly distributed with the motor spindle hole as the center. The present invention offers advantages such as high hardness, no reaction with powder materials, and high classification fineness.
