III. Specifications:
A: Equipment Parameters:
(1) Estimated equipment dimensions: Length 1250mm, Width 780mm, Height 1650mm (1800mm including signal tower light).
(2) Testable PCB dimensions: Width 350-450mm, length not exceeding 450mm, component height not exceeding 65mm (top), 8mm (bottom). The PCB must have at least 6mm of board edge on one side (free of components and test points).
(3) The PCB must have three or more reasonable positioning holes (if no positioning holes are present, positioning must rely on the board edge according to the actual situation).
(4) The PCB must not have flexible wires longer than 20mm (subject to specific circumstances).
(5) The conveyor轨道 consists of three sections of belt轨道: buffer waiting station (scanning station), testing station, and NG sorting station. When a defective product is detected at the testing station, it can be placed in the designated area (specific belt脱离轨道, stacked 4-5 pieces).
(6)轨道 width is manually adjustable.
(7) The height of the conveyor轨道 from the ground is 900mm ±30mm.
(8) Belt speed is adjustable, with a maximum speed of 4-8 seconds/meter.

(12) Different PCBs require manual更换 of corresponding fixtures.
