YA Circular Vibrating Screen Product Overview:
The YA Circular Vibrating Screen features a circular motion trajectory and is suitable for screening coal, limestone, crushed stone, gravel, metallic or non-metallic ores, and other materials. The machine adopts a frame structure, utilizing an external drive motor to power the vibrator, causing the screen body to perform periodic reciprocating vibrations along the excitation force direction. The material moves in a continuous circular motion on the screen surface, achieving the screening purpose. This series of vibrating screens consists of an eccentric vibrator, screen box, motor, base, and support device.

YA Circular Vibrating Screen Basic Structure:
The YA series circular vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, damping spring device, and base frame. It employs a barrel-type eccentric shaft vibrator and eccentric blocks to adjust amplitude. The vibrator is mounted on the side plate of the screen box and driven by a motor via V-belts to rotate, generating centrifugal inertial force that forces the screen box to vibrate. The side plates are made of high-quality steel, connected to the beam and vibrator base with high-strength bolts or ring groove rivets. The vibrator, installed on the screen box side plate, is rotated by the motor through a coupling, producing centrifugal inertial force that induces screen vibration.
The screen is designed for seated installation. Adjustment of the screen surface inclination angle can be achieved by changing the height of the spring support position.
The motor of the YA series circular vibrating screen is typically installed on the right side of the screen frame but can also be mounted on the left. Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer supplies it installed on the right side along the material flow direction.
The screen mesh is the primary wearing part. Depending on the material type and customer requirements, high manganese steel woven mesh, perforated screen plates, or rubber screen plates can be used. The screen surface is available in single or double layers. All types of screen plates meet the requirements of high screening efficiency, long service life, and anti-blinding.
