Gas water heater combustion system

The main components of a gas water heating boiler include the boiler controller, gas burner, power distribution box, etc. Among these, the most critical component is the burner. A high-quality burner is not only energy-efficient but also ensures safe operation.

  The gas water heating boiler adopts an original imported burner, featuring fully automated programmed control. The fan automatically purges, electronic ignition occurs automatically, and fuel and air are automatically proportionally adjusted, ensuring excellent atomization, complete combustion, energy efficiency, and environmental friendliness. It is equipped with a flameout protection device to guarantee combustion safety. Under normal conditions, the burner output automatically adjusts the flame length according to the boiler temperature. When the boiler outlet temperature reaches the set value, the burner automatically stops combustion. When the temperature falls below the set value, the burner automatically resumes operation. In case of abnormal fuel supply or air intake, the fault indicator lights up, and the programmable control device immediately cuts off the fuel supply, causing the burner to shut down automatically.

  The gas water heating boiler incorporates multiple safety protections: leakage protection automatically cuts off the power in case of an electrical leakage; overheat protection automatically stops the burner and triggers an alarm when the boiler water temperature exceeds the alarm threshold; secondary overheat protection automatically cuts off the secondary circuit when the boiler shell temperature exceeds 105°C, halting boiler operation; dry-fire protection utilizes precision water level electrode rods to monitor the water level in real-time. If the boiler water level reaches or falls below the extremely low level due to other reasons, the boiler stops operating to prevent the hazards of dry firing.
