CondensingSteam Generator Safety Production Knowledge to Note:

1. Before putting the condensing steam generator into operation, it must pass acceptance inspection and obtain a usage certificate. Operation without a certificate is strictly prohibited.

2. Boiler management and operating personnel must obtain special equipment operation qualification certificates. Working without certification is strictly prohibited.

3. Operators should regularly check whether pressure, water level, and temperature are normal, and frequently inspect combustion conditions, conveying systems, forced and induced draft fans, water supply systems, blowdown valves, various instruments, and the boiler body for normal operation.

4. Operators should perform daily maintenance of the condensing steam generator and its auxiliary safety devices. Equipment management personnel should ensure proper boiler shutdown maintenance.

5. Shift handovers should be conducted according to the specified shifts and times. The incoming shift should prepare in advance. The outgoing shift must not leave their post until the incoming shift arrives. During handover, the following conditions should be met:

1. Boiler pressure, water level, temperature, and combustion are normal; 2. Boiler safety accessories are sensitive and reliable; 3. The boiler body and auxiliary equipment show no abnormalities; 4. Operating records are complete and accurate; spare parts, tools, and equipment are complete and undamaged; 5. The boiler room is tidy, meeting civilized production standards.

6. Ensure proper water treatment to maintain boiler water quality in compliance with the "Low-Pressure Boiler Water Quality" standard requirements.

7. In the event of a major accident with the condensing steam generator, report it promptly according to the local emergency response plan for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens.

8. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to enter the boiler room. Non-shift personnel must not operate any facilities within the boiler room.

9. The condensing steam generator room should be clean and well-lit, with tools and spare parts neatly arranged.

10. Maintain operating records for the boiler and auxiliary equipment, equipment maintenance records, inspection records, and accident handling records.
