Usage Precautions: 1. Before using the star-type discharger, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer. Replace with new oil after one month of operation, and then annually thereafter. 2. Connect the air source interface and check if it is blocked by foreign objects. Ensure the interface is clean and unobstructed. 3. Before using the star-type discharger, ensure that the rotor rotates clockwise (viewed from the extended shaft end of the reducer, consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover). 4. Before using the star-type discharger, open the sprocket cover to check the tension of the chain. Regularly inspect during operation. Apply suitable lubricating grease to the chain and sprocket. 5. Throughout the use of the discharger, adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the pressure at the seal is 0.05 MPa greater than the material pressure inside the valve body. The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air. 6. During the entire use of the star-type discharger, the air source at the seal must always be present. Only after confirming that the valve has stopped operating can the air source be shut off.
