Customized thickened rotor discharger, special-shaped airlock feeder, made-to-order based on provided drawings. The discharging device consists of three parts: motor, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and rotary ash discharge valve.(1)By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and output shafts are on the same axis and integrated with the motor, resulting in a compact structure, aesthetically pleasing and novel design, small size, and light weight. (2) Excellent sealing performance, uniform and stable feeding, smooth discharge operation, low noise, few failures, long service life, and high wear resistance. (3) The bearings and gearbox are located away from the valve body to avoid the effects of high-temperature dust. The front and rear end covers have good sealing performance, preventing dust leakage and extending the service life of moving parts and the lubrication system. (4) Strong overload capacity, low impact inertia, suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation. (5) Special dedicated motors can be configured according to user needs, such as explosion-proof, frequency conversion, speed regulation, marine motors, etc., to meet specific requirements. Materials can also be specially processed as needed, such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stainless steel, flexible blades, explosion-proof impellers, etc.

Usage precautions: 1. Before using the star-type discharger, check the quantity and type of lubricating oil in the reducer. Replace the oil after one month of operation, and then annually thereafter. 2. Connect the air source interface and check if it is blocked by foreign objects; ensure the interface is clean and unobstructed. 3. Before using the star-type discharger, ensure that the rotor rotates clockwise (viewed from the reducer’s output shaft end, consistent with the arrow on the sprocket cover). 4. Before using the star-type discharger, open the sprocket cover to check the chain tension and inspect it regularly during operation. Apply suitable lubricant to the chain and sprocket. 5. Throughout the use of the discharger, adjust the pressure relief valve so that the pressure at the seal is 0.05 MPa higher than the material pressure inside the valve body. The gas used should be oil-free, dry compressed air. 6. During the entire use of the star-type discharger, the air source for the seal must always be present.
