Chain-type rotary discharge valves are large-scale rotary discharger devices. Star-type ash discharge valves rely on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the feeder's working mechanism to discharge materials from the silo and continuously and uniformly feed them into the next device. The star-type ash discharge valve mainly consists of a motor, reducer, housing, impeller, main shaft, bearings, and left and right end covers. It adopts a high-quality steel plate welded structure, with wear-resistant blades, integrating the transmission device, drive shaft, and blades into one unit. Since the bearings and reducer of the star-type ash discharge valve protrude outward, they prevent dust from entering the bearings and avoid jamming by large particles. During operation, the geared motor drives the impeller to rotate via a coupling, evenly conveying the material from the upper part of the housing to the lower part, where it is transported away by the next device. Therefore, the star-type ash discharge valve can only be installed vertically and is not allowed to be installed horizontally. The upper part of the feeder must maintain a certain material column.
