(2) After the conveyor is shut down, inspect the wear of the screw blades and perform welding repairs if the wear is severe. (3) Do not overload the conveying capacity, as this may prevent material discharge, leading to bending of the screw shaft and damage to the casing. (4) When conveying high-temperature media, ensure that the casing expands and contracts freely without any obstructions; address any issues promptly if detected.
