Physical Properties and Mechanism of Action
Thin-layer mica itself is completely transparent and colorless, with a melting point as high as 1300°C, and its properties remain unchanged below 550°C.
Since the thermal conductivity of PET is only 0.03, the thermal conductivity rate of flake mica is more than 5 times that of PET. Additionally, nano mica carries a surface charge, resulting in high hydration, meaning it has an extremely high water content. Water removal requires temperatures above 500°C. This high water content also contributes to a cooling effect. Therefore, under the dual effects of "high thermal conductivity + high heat absorption," nano-layer mica is poised to become a new generation of cooling and heat dissipation material.
As the thickness of the thin film decreases, the heat dissipation effect at the boundaries gradually becomes more significant for thermal conduction. The thermal conductivity coefficient perpendicular to the film decreases, but the lateral thermal conductivity coefficient of the film gradually increases.

Deodorizing Effect of Cooling Fiber
The specific surface area of exfoliated mica is estimated to be above 450m2/g. This high specific surface area enables it to adsorb odors more effectively than other minerals or even mica itself.
The high specific surface area provides an effect similar to activated carbon in decomposing odor molecules, so it can deodorize without the need for fragrances.
