DL lock washers fasteners are products certified by the international ISO9002 quality system. One side features radial fine teeth, while the other side has cam-shaped serrations, requiring large serrations to be used in pairs facing each other. The locking principle is that when bolts and nuts tend to loosen, the small outer teeth grip the contact surface, and the friction between the small outer teeth is greater than that between the large inner teeth. This allows only the large inner serrations to shift relative to each other, generating self-lifting tension to achieve a 100% perfect self-locking effect.
