Mitsubishi Visual Card Material for Thermal Rewritable Visual Film Cards

The visual film is an important material for producing visual cards. It is a transparent PET film, similar in appearance to the adhesive film of ordinary cards, with a thickness of about 0.05mm. When synthesizing the card, the visual film is applied to the outside of the printed material. After lamination and die-cutting, it becomes a visual card. The commonly used size of visual film is 305X460mm, meaning each sheet can produce 25 or 24 cards. Currently, visual film can display black or blue text. The color of the displayed text depends on the type of visual film. To display or erase text on a visual card, it requires the use of a Natec visual card printer.

How to use visual film?

The usage of visual film is similar to that of ordinary film. The production process differs little from that of ordinary PVC or PET cards. It is compatible with standard card lamination equipment, with slight differences in pressure and temperature parameters. Generally, the lamination operator needs to test the pressure a few times to achieve the desired result.
