The software supports multi-account login and allows separate setting of operation permissions.

This software is suitable for small and medium-sized stores operating as single outlets. Functional modules can be freely selected, and unnecessary modules can be hidden to simplify the operation interface. The usage plan for the stored-value card management part of the software is organized as follows:

1. Preparation before using the software:

Perform basic settings for the software, such as stored-value card classification, card validity period, setting recharge bonus ratios, adding users, assigning user permissions, setting software login names and passwords, etc.

For example, setting bonus ratios:

1. Gold card members: Recharge 500 yuan, get 20 yuan bonus credit.

2. Silver card members: Recharge 300 yuan, get 10 yuan bonus credit.

3. Regular members: Recharge 100 yuan, get 5 yuan bonus credit.

2. Stored-value card management:

1. Register basic customer information: name, phone number, etc.

2. Issue cards: Take a new card, use a card reader to read the stored-value card number, bind it to the customer's information, and complete the card issuance.

3. Card recharge: For cards with no balance or for recurring recharges, first use the card reader to read the card number, find the corresponding customer information, input the recharge amount, complete the payment, and confirm the recharge.

3. Card swipe for payment:

When a customer makes a purchase, they present the card to the front desk cashier. The cashier swipes the card to read the stored-value card number, queries the corresponding information, including the card balance and past consumption amounts, then inputs the amount to be deducted and completes the settlement, finishing the deduction process.

4. Reporting function:

Various daily reports such as consumption reports, daily settlement reports, member (stored-value card) information, cashier shift handover, etc. The reports can be directly exported to Excel for deeper statistical management.
