Composition:
      Composed of anionic+nonionic surfactants
Application and Characteristics:
      This oil is suitable for acrylic fibers. It provides appropriate cohesion, excellent smoothness, antistatic properties, low stickiness, and thermal stability. When used on acrylic fiber tow during multi-zone break spinning for direct top formation, it ensures good processability. The resulting top is smooth, soft, elastic, and has minimal fiber sound. The fiber performs well in woolen mills with good processability, fewer fiber flakes and neps. The oil is non-toxic, odorless, and forms a stable emulsion.
Usage Method:
       Slowly pour the measured, melted oil into the measured amount of60-70°Chot water and stir for1-2hours. The recommended emulsion concentration is2%, with a fiber oil content of0.25-0.35%.

Performance:
       Suitable for use in wet-spun wool-type acrylic fiber production. It provides excellent antistatic properties and appropriate smoothness, ensuring good spinnability. This oil is a unified oil for spinning and textile use, offering convenience, stable fiber oil content, and is at the leading domestic level.
Usage Method:
        Based on the original concentration, add the calculated amount of oil to the搅拌釜 while stirring, then add the calculated amount of deionized water and stir for an additional30minutes before use.
