Performance:
(1) This product is a composite of various organic phosphonates, copolymers, copper corrosion inhibitors, etc., making it a versatile and highly effective scale and corrosion inhibitor;
(2) It exhibits strong complexation and solubilization effects on carbonate scale, preventing scale deposition on heat exchanger surfaces. Its scale inhibition remains effective within a pH range of 7.0–9.0;
(3) The copolymer dispersant effectively disperses both organic and inorganic impurities;
(4) The specialized corrosion inhibitor rapidly forms an adsorption film on surfaces of carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, and copper alloys, protecting equipment from dissolved oxygen corrosion;
(5) Low dosage requirement, cost-effective treatment. Composite formulation ensures simple operation.
Applications:
This product has a wide range of applications, with dosage determined based on specific water quality conditions. It is also suitable for circulating cooling water systems in power plants. When used with ball cleaning systems, the typical dosage ranges from 8–15 mg/L.
Packaging and Storage:
This product is a transparent liquid, packaged in 25 kg plastic barrels. It has a valid storage life of one year. |
