With increasing environmental requirements, the control of phosphorus content in discharged water has become stricter. The primary emission standard stipulates that phosphorus content (calculated as P) ≤ 0.5 mg/L, which imposes restrictions on the commonly used phosphorus-based water treatment chemicals. Our company has developed a new phosphorus-free scale and corrosion inhibitor, HS-550, which represents the latest generation of environmentally friendly water treatment chemicals. Performance: (1) Contains no phosphates, making it a completely new green and environmentally friendly product; (2) Its scale and corrosion inhibition performance is comparable to phosphonate-based formulations, offering excellent scale and corrosion inhibition. It still provides outstanding scale inhibition and dispersion effects in high-hardness and high-alkalinity water; (3) Maintains good corrosion inhibition performance and effectively suppresses pitting corrosion; (4) The product is phosphorus-free, reducing bacterial growth and preventing secondary pollution upon discharge. Applications: Suitable for regions and enterprises with strict phosphorus discharge requirements. The normal dosage is 50-80 mg/L, applied continuously using an automatic dosing device. Packaging and Storage: This product is a transparent liquid, packaged in 25 kg plastic barrels, with a valid storage period of one year. |
