I. Application ML-327 is mainly used in circulating water systems operating under harsh conditions such as high concentration multiples, high pH, high alkalinity, and high hardness. It serves as a scale inhibition dispersant and stabilizer for zinc salts, and is essential for zinc-based water treatment agents. It can also be used in special cooling water systems with high chloride ions, high iron ions, etc. II. Performance ML-327 is a multi-component copolymer containing carboxyl, sulfonic acid, and phosphate groups. Due to the presence of phosphonic acid groups at the ends of its straight and partially branched chains, it exhibits excellent scale inhibition dispersion performance and corrosion inhibition capabilities. It has strong dispersing properties for iron oxide and suspended solids, and provides excellent stabilization for metal ions such as Zn and Mn. It is currently one of the ideal multifunctional scale inhibition dispersants. ML-327 is low in toxicity, chemically stable, and does not decompose under general acid-base conditions or high temperatures. III. Usage ML-327 can be compounded with phosphonocarboxylic acid, BTA, zinc salts, organic phosphonic acids, etc., to form zinc-based water treatment agents and all-organic alkaline water treatment agents. When used alone, the dosage is 10-30 mg/L. V. Packaging and Storage ML-327 is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25 kg per drum.
