With increasing environmental requirements and the scarcity of water resources, the reuse of treated sewage in circulating cooling water systems has become a development trend. Sewage reuse has the following characteristics:
(1) Large pH fluctuations and strong corrosiveness
(2) High organic content, leading to faster bacterial and algal growth
(3) High suspended solids, prone to deposition and adsorption, which consumes chemicals.
Our company has developed the scale and corrosion inhibitor HS-570, which offers excellent adaptability for sewage reuse:
Performance:
(1) Wide applicability, maintaining good scale and corrosion inhibition performance under fluctuating water quality conditions;
(2) Effectiveness remains largely unaffected within a pH range of 7.3 to 9.2;
(3) Strong resistance to adsorption by suspended solids, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and stable performance;
(4) Good compatibility with commonly used biocides.
Application:
Suitable for circulating cooling water systems using "sewage reuse" as makeup water, as well as circulating water systems with harsh water quality conditions. Normal dosage: 80-100L.
Packaging and Storage:
