Structural Formula: I. Properties This product is a copolymer of acrylic acid and hydroxypropyl acrylate, equivalent to T-225. It effectively inhibits the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, and particularly calcium phosphate scale. It also demonstrates good dispersing properties for ferric oxide, sludge, clay, and oil fouling. It can be used under high pH conditions and is compatible with organic phosphonates, BTA, etc. It is particularly effective in inhibiting zinc salt deposition and calcium phosphate scale precipitation. It provides excellent scale inhibition and dispersion under high temperature and alkaline conditions. II. Applications Primarily used as a scale inhibitor and dispersant in heating systems, non-evaporative boiler water treatment, various circulating cooling water systems, and high-calcium oilfield injection water. IV. Usage Method This product is suitable for use in circulating cooling water under alkaline conditions and in the presence of phosphates. The recommended dosage is 10–30 mg/L. It can be compounded with organic phosphonates to form an all-organic (alkaline) formula. V. Packaging and Storage Packed in plastic drums, 25 kg per drum or as per customer requirements. Store in a cool, ventilated indoor area. Shelf life: 12 months. |
