    The quality of Triclosan (2,4,4'-Trichloro-2'-hydroxydiphenyl ether) complies with the technical requirements listed in the table below.

 

 

 

    This product is slightly soluble in water, moderately soluble in dilute alkali, and highly soluble in many organic solvents. It can form transparent concentrated liquid products when dissolved in water-soluble solvents or surfactants.

    This product has very low volatility, with a vapor pressure of 4×10^-6 mmHg at 20°C and 2×10^-2 mmHg at 100°C. It exhibits some volatility in water vapor.

    The solution of this product is unstable to active chlorine and has limited stability to ultraviolet light. In the presence of peroxides, the solution of Triclosan has only moderate stability.

 

    Compared to other currently accepted antimicrobial agents worldwide (such as chlorhexidine, PVP-I, and TCC), this product offers unique advantages including broad-spectrum efficacy, high efficiency, non-staining properties, absence of any irritating odor, and high safety for humans and the environment. It is primarily used in antimicrobial hygiene daily chemical products, such as health bath solutions, antimicrobial liquid detergents, antibacterial soaps, deodorant soaps, hygiene soaps, antimicrobial dishwashing detergents, antimicrobial fabric detergents, and products for underarm odor and athlete's foot. Additionally, it is applied in various related fields such as hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing, including high-efficiency disinfectant soaps, hand sanitizers, wound disinfectants, air fresheners, and refrigerator deodorizers.

 

    This product is packaged in 5kg paper drums.

 

    This product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry, and cool indoor area. Handle with care during transportation.

    This product remains stable for at least 24 months when stored at room temperature.
